  • Description: Plants 0.2-3.5 drn; leaves spatulate to linear-oblanceolate, basal, sparsely to densely hairy, sparsely to moderately gland-dotted or eglandular, 0.5-1 0 cm long; involucre 5-10 mm high, sparsely to densely hairy, sparsely to densely gland-dotted or eglandular, the outer margins not scarious or very narrowly so; disk ?owers 2.7-4.3 mm long; ray ?owers 9-1 7 mm long. Common in dry, open places from the plains to alpine, 3500-14000 ft.
