- Description: Shrubs, ~2-4 m tall - up to 8 m, with smooth, pale gray to reddish gray bark. Leaves alternate, and simple, on petioles, blades obovate, ovate, to elliptic or orbiculate, 1-5 cm long, cuneate at base, rounded apically and serrate above the middle. Flowers cream to pinkish, solitary or in axillary clusters of 2-3.
